Had gone to Dr. Lo for almost 5 years. Last 3 visits took almost 2 hrs. On 3rd visit, asked staff why it is taking so long, they were rude and disrespectful. That was it, I will not go back there again. I would not go to this office, find another office to go to.

I went to Dr Lo as a referral from my PCP. Very nice doctor listen to everything i had to say, the wait is long (45min) but considering he is only in the office twice a week is to be expected. His office staff are very polite and helpful. I will recommend him 100%
