Not punctual, takes too long to get a sick apt, staff is not courteous, and Dr Thai mines the hospitals to drive patients to his practice. After several misteps we are now planning to find another doctor because it is either "Wait and See" or "Over Prescribe" (he gave my son antibiotics fora diagnosis of a viral infection in his throat. The office visits feel rushed once you get into see the Dr after waiting long times in the waiting room.

Amazing experience with Dr. Thai:) I called the emergency number in the middle of night for one of my daughters and got a call back immediately from Dr. Thai himself and after explaining the situtaion my husband and I were urged to take her to the hospital just to be on the safe side. Glad we did! She ended up staying for 2 nights and is completely better now. I got a call from Dr. Thai's staff the very next morning asking how my little girl was doing. When I explained that the Dr.s at the hospital were having us stay another night I got transfered to Dr. Thai right away and he kept touch with us and the hospital the whole time we were there. He had us go in for a follow up visit the day after we got released from the hospital and kept in touch the weeks following to make sure everything was still okay. I have 3 little girls and I would trust no other Dr. to care for them. He answers all of my questions in full and I NEVER feel rushed. Amazing Staff and an amazing Dr.

We are seeing Dr. Thai for several months for our child, but we are now planning to find another doctor for our child because the Dr. Thai is "Wait and See" type of doctor who failed to provide treatment on time for the symptom that could be treated a month ago. He is also fail to understand the basics and failed to give us enough time to listen our concerns when we vested to his clinic "STONEBRIAR PEDIATRICS". Now, we think it is time to switch the doctor who has more professional experience with better observations and treatments. When it can be done with one visit, this pediatrics will make you 2~3 visits to get the final treatments.

We have been with Dr. Thai since the beginning of his practice in Frisco. Even though his practice has grown leaps and bounds he has not changed the amount of time and care he gives each and everyone of his patients. I am not sure about the comment on 8/18/08 I have NEVER experienced anything other than supreme service. He is a doctor who listens to parents and hears their concerns and acts accordingly. He has never treated my sons or myself with anything other than care and respect.

Dr.Thai, What a wonderful Doctor! He is the best doctor! He is very good with the kids. He is compassionate and is always right on with the treatment. We have been with him for 7 years now and would not ever go to anyone else. :))

Dr Thai is like no other dr you will ever have:He actually cares!!! He's takes his time to understand what's going on. He is great. I've referred him many times. His office even calls a few days later to make sure my son is okay. He always has the childs best interest at heart even if the parent may disagree w/ the course of treatment. He is looking out for the child's health which should be the most important thing anyway. My son often asks to go visit Dr Thai-- Can you imagine-- a kid actually wanting to Go to the dr!!!

We love Dr. Thai and his staff. I was referred to him by two different people when I moved to Texas. He always takes a lot of time to fully consider all the details of the symptoms (which makes him a little late sometimes, but we don't mind). He is caring, respectful and gentle to my kids. He talks directly to my them so they understand exactly what's going on and how they can participate in getting better or taking care of themselves. We wouldn't go any where else!

Dr Thai rocks...always spends quality time with you. very thorough and is very bright. Our son had a 1 in a 1000 condition adn Dr Thai diagnosed it almost immediately and prescribed the right tests to ensure we were right. I totally disagree with the bottom comment.

Very thorough. I am a RN and I trust his clinical judgement with both of my children. He gives sound rationale for testing and treatment as well as referral. My children trust him as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
