Doctors are ok staff horrible ...The Staff do not do their jobs properly i wating for 30 mins before i got the new Patient paperwork...The girls just sitting behind the desk talking to eachother not handing out new patients paperwork after they tell u to vome in early...Beware long wait times Useless and unengaged staff

Joel Lubritz is the best doctor he fixed my deviated septum and I now breathe great! I would definitely recommend dr Lubritz as your future doctor he is kind, experienced, quick, and overall he’s just A nice person! His receptionist Rochelle was very helpful in helping me get everything done that I needed she set up my appointments for my asthma and chest pain before Dr Lubritz performed my surgery. What a nice professional caring team Dr. Joel Lubritz, and Rochelle are they made my life and breathing problems feel Super easy! Thank you two and all front desk office employees as well !!! I feel like a better happier me ! Thank you so much 😊

The whole office staff was amazing! Dr. Lubritz, Rochelle, Sarah and everyone were very nice, helpful and kind. My surgery went smoothly and everyone worked together to explain everything to me and get what we needed done. I am happy with my results and everyone there. The only thing I would recommend is mentioning to the patients who don't ask, that there is some out of pocket costs aside from like what type of insurance you have. For example, they request you get an ointment, nasal spray and rinse/pills that are not covered by your insurance or that are OTC. It is not super costly or anything, but it would be a good thing to mention before starting the process since they might have to plan for those costs. I would also just offer as much information as possible even if someone doesn't ask since they may not know to ask such as you will be very congested for a few days until we see you again. Just in case!

The "office manager- Erina Savage" is the absolute worst!!
Super unfriendly and inconsiderate!!! She is super rude
and makes this practice look like a joke!!! She is
unprofessional and unkind! She cannot make any type of
decision to go above and beyond for the patients so that
they can get the proper care and attention they deserve!!!
She hides behind her staff and once she finally speaks to
you, she is very unprofessional and aggressive!! I would
really recommend going elsewhere!!!

I waited a little bit over a month to give an honest review after my procedure. And I could say with confidence, everything worked out well. I'm a guy that questions everything and methods. I'm happy they took the time to explain to me about the procedure I had to follow. It seems a little hectic to me. But afterwards it all was making sense to me. These guys truly do know what they are doing. I'm happy I choose the right place. Dr Lubritz was an excellent phenomenal doctor! He answered all my questions and concerns, he really took his time to ensure I felt comfortable with the procedure before we went on. Rochelle and her staff made it easy dealing with insurance coverage or the paperwork that needed to be handle. There were some minor questionable charges but they admit their mistakes and fixed them on the spot. Which is pretty rare with other medical offices. I'm very satisfied with my procedure and the professional service they provided. My only regret was, I didn't get this procedure done sooner. I'm happy everything worked out and I'm able to breathe way better than before. Thanks again Dr Lubritz. This was a positive life change.

Dr. Lubritz is a phenomenal doctor. He went above and beyond for me. He's very compassionate and treated me like a person. He addressed, and took into consideration, All of my concerns. He even took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. His assistants and staff are excellent. They are also very considerate and thorough. The surgery center is also a very pleasant place. And they provided a very comfortable environment. I am very satisfied with the results of the surgeries he performed. I will highly recommend him every time.

The Dr. offices of Lubritz & Nasri are outstanding! My grandfather saw Dr. Say and was treated very well. They were able to get him in quickly & he experienced improved results immediately. The surgery coordinator, Rochelle Leavitt was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this doctor office for all you Ear, Nose & Throat issues!!!

Went to Dr. Lubritz today for the 1st time, appt. time 9:15, got there at 8:45 to fill out new patient paperwork, called in at 9:10, walked out at 9:30. Such a wonderful, friendly and efficient staff and Dr. Lubritz was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and he knew his stuff!!! Highly recommend!!!
