"Doctor" Garces is responsible for the death of 21 people. In his clinic in Guayaquil, Ecuador, 21 patients were infected with HIV due to HIS reponsibility and mal-practice. After this incident "Doctor" Garces "ran" to Miami and later on to Denver leaving the Ecuador without paying for his mistakes. It has been more than 16 years and all of his "infected" patients have now passed away (last one passed away on July 11, 2011). On this world or the other, I hope justice will be served some day...
