Office staff is abusive and not helpful. Dr is great, but office staff very inappropriate

Dr. Banks is the best. I owe my son's healthy kidneys to her. My son had a very very rare reaction to one of his Crohns medications. Though many other docs tried to find the cause, it was Dr. Banks who came to our rescue and found the answer. She we always be a hero to our family.

This Dr is very knowledgable but her Medical Assistant is absolutely HORRIBLE. She is borderline abusive with the pediatric patients and her blood draws are done in a way that totally traumatizes the child.
