I've been going to Dr Sood a while now. He use to listen to me and be very helpful, but lately he seems too pre occupied. When in pain and you go to his office, you don't want to hear your late youll have to wait now. Especially when you already know you're late. I feel pain pump patients should be seen by him cause a PA can't always answer your questions. The staff also comes up with excuses not to fill out forms for transportation from the state. Wish I could find another Dr. but once he put that pump in, I'm now locked into him. I'm not very happy about that.

I found Dr. Sood to be knowledgeable and thorough. His office was clean; his staff was friendly. I have to wait longer when appointments fall near holidays so I go expecting this. It's been worth the wait. I plan on continuing my care with Dr. Sood.
