Definitely the worst doctor that I have encountered. I waited a month for the appointment and then when I got there, I waited two hours in the back room and he spent 10 minutes with me only to tell me to drive to Massachusetts to purchase THC pills. what doctor does this so much for quality of care

enjoy the 2hr wait times, bring your own chair if you want to sit while waiting....next appt, waited over an hour to be told test results, not back. next 2 telepointments and to be told no to what i asked for the first visit. told they dont do that. was told they were sending prescription then didnt. they got to bill my insurance for all of this, when they say at the end they dont do what i asked. should have told me first time, would have been much nicer. i resent my time being wasted

Horrible bedside manner, uncaring and mean. Doesn’t care about the patient. Overbooks wait time minimum 1 hour. If he doesn’t know where pain is coming from blames issue on patient

Dr Levi performed 2 failed procedures (injection and RF ablation) with no results. Lied to me about a referral which his office failed to provide, even after I called twice. He will lie to you verbally and write his reports vague and non-committal, then his staff will lie when asked about anything when he wants to brush you off. I would not recommend him to anyone I cared about period. At my last visit I heard him say "he's only a follow up" about me after my 1.25 hour wait in the exam room (with a 6 pain rating from 3 bulged and 1 herniated disc). Then he tells me he never got the MRI results from a week before - which he ordered is available the same day, sends me off after 10 minutes of excuses only to call days after he promised. Then charging me for the phone call.

Absolutely horrible staff and Doctor. Be prepared for him and his staff to make up lies about you. He’s a pill pusher not a problem solver. He’s negligent as a physician.

When he's sick of you his staff will lie and say your doing something wrong when you aren't. Just remember you have rights. If he accuses you of something you haven't done go see your pcp and and back yourself and innocence up.

The worst, meanest staff i have ever seen at a doctor's office. You will never be seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time. They actually have a sign in the office about being mean to the staff, which tells me that it happens a lot because they are horribly incompetent. Go elsewhere.

When I had back pain so bad i could not walk, Pain and Spine Specialists was the only place that told me to come in right away. They understood, were able to treat me, and understood the issues I was having and what to do in the future. I am forever grateful.

I have been seeing Dr Levi and Beth Anderson for 4 plus years. They are always willing to help me or get the procedure I need done. Greatest group. And because they work as a team, I get the benefit of several team members.
