Dr. Phan is amazing, and I hope he personally reads this. His staff seems incompetent to do even the basics. His office manager, Dora I believe is her name, is beyond rude and disrespectful. So much so that I am choosing to find a new primary care physician.

The most rude and unprofessional staff ever. The Nurse Practitioner Daphanie is absolutely a horrible person and very unprofessional. She spoke in a very rude and aggressive tone to me which was not called for. I too am in the medical field and have never experienced this in my life. It is because of her that I will find a better office with a qualified staff.

I had seen the same doctor 19 years he retired and I went to see Dr Phan I absolutely love him and his staff. I have several medical problems he has been able to work with everything and not send me to 15 different doctors. You will not be disappointed in choosing him as your physician.

Dr Phan is a pleasant enough doc who seems to listen and either refer you to a specialist or gives Rx if he knows the problem. Am NOT a fan of the office procedures, staff or Nurse. It is like pulling teeth to get return calls, test results or anything from the nurse. Most of my family has quit going to him solely because of the poor service from the staff.
