Dr. Ho is a great Doctor and now having Lauren Demarco is even better. Will never go any where else.

THIS OFFICE RUNS A COPAY SCAM! I had an annual physical scheduled and was forced to pay my office visit co-pay unless I could not see the provider. I was reassured as long as nothing was out of the ordinary for this visit that my copay would be reimbursed. The provider stated I had a "boring exam" since nothing was wrong OR DISCUSSED, and that I just a well check up. Months later after I hadn't been reimbursed, I was told that because I had a history of asthma as a child, this was automatically a "problem visit" and my copay would not be reimbursed. STAY FAR AWAY! THIS OFFICE RUNS A COPAY SCAM! The office is also disgustingly dirty and staff is very unprofessional. While I was having routine blood work, a medical assistant was talking to the phlebotomist about her dog's diarrhea and stating there was "sh*t everywhere". This office should be re-staffed and billing procedures should be re-evaluated!

Dr. Ho is the smartest around.Love him and the staff. Only office that gives you a appointment on the day day. Will never leave the office.

Have been seeing Dr Ho over 15 years now, very dedicated and offered good advice. His long time assistance nurse Laura is great too. The only recommendation I make is train the reception staff and the rest of assistant nurses, seems to have a big turnover lately?

Have been with doctor Ho's office since he opened. It use to be a very competent office. I always saw Kathy his PA.. As of the last tw years the staff has changed. Very incompetent and rude. Their policies are bazzar. I waited in a cardologist office for over 40 min. in distress waiting to be admitted to a hospital because the doctor could not find their referral on line and they REFUSED to fax it over. When I questioned them about it the my next visit there the office girl told me my cardologist must be lying. the referral was there. Called another time to speak to Kathy about some blood work. The refused to let me speak to her. They said she was too busy, if I wanted to speak to her I would have to come in. When I questioned her she had no knowledge of the incident. THey just wanted the $$$ for the visit. DO NOT USE this office until they change the staff.

Dr Ho is great, however staff is incompetent. Wait an hour for blood, tell me cant find script. Go wait again and let others ahead of you. I told them "you call every month to remind me, how can you not find info"

Exactly what a family doctor should be! He listens, follows up, gives great advice and his staff are fantastic!

I have been seeing Dr Ho since he joined the practice when they were located in Morris Plains. He is an excellent Dr who actually listens to what you have to say and let's you be a participant in determining the course of treatment. Too many Dr's make that decision foe you without valuing your input. I highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable and experienced doctor in Denville. Listens to your explanation of symptoms and diagnoses are spot on. Goes the extra step to rule out possiblities. Dr Ho reviews labwork and RN always calls you with test results.

This man does not take you seriously when you tell him your symptoms, He thinks he Knows YOUR body better than you do. Everything has been wrong with me since I've been seeing him. And he doesn't seemed to have a solution for anything.
