Love the office and the staff. Unfortunately waiting for test results not once but 2x for over 2 weeks is inexcusable. Could you imagine if there was a serious issue you could be very sick or dead. Feeling very neglicted. Sorry, but it is my time to move on. I am also hoping that my insurance company will pick up the bill since I have to repeat everything with another lab and doctor. Shame on you for not caring.

The office staff is the worst. They are rude and unwilling to provide any sort of assistance. I don't understand how the doctor actually sees patients if the staff refuses to help schedule appointments. Dr. Gilo seems nice at first, but you can never find him. Seems like he can care less if a patient of his dies or not. We left this doctor for an office that actually values patients.

Office staff changes seems to have improved the overall quality of this practice. The office staff is helpful and the medical staff professional. It might be worth a second look for those who were dissatisfied.

The worst office staff I have ever experienced. I called the office for an emergency and dr Gilo was not in the office. His staff did not offer any help or response that he would return my call. Instead the response was down right nasty. As a result I was rushed to the emergency room with my dr no where to be found and no follow up after my trip to the ER.

This by far is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. He was on call for emergencies, so he should expect patients to call if there is something wrong.I had Dr. Gilo, since 1 of the medications I take help to avoid seizures. He let me know how rude an unfair it was that I contacted him on a Sunday. When I told him I had no idea my office was closed & they never did the refill before they left, he proceeded to have me in tears by telling me I had a problem, Problem? I didn't call for crack? So now I am a drug addict? He tells me to call the office the next day & then his secretary calls me back & is rude as hell & tells me he is not doing anything for me & do not go around trying to find other doctors? Again he is treating me like a junkie. His office rep hung up on me as well. How is this going by the oath he took? he treats everyone like a drug seeking pill junkie..I hope he retires soon, he is not a good doctor anymore if he was ever a good one.

Dr. Gilo is very knowledgeable. The staff is down right rude ( I am sure that has to do with the office manager) & Sue the office manager is so rude & nasty!! I no longer have Dr. Gilo as my doctor, because I could not put up with Sue the office manager anymore! It's so sad that she has pretty much taken over the practice with her rudeness & her being so nasty to everyone!

The staff are very rude and have an attitude.They give me a hard time 95% of the time,and I have tried being nice to them.After a while when one gets attitude one wants to give it back.

I love Dr. Gilo, he is very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. His staff is the complete opposite. They are rude and nasty. I have been going to Dr Gilo for almost 30 years and I have had enough of his staff and office manager. If you, Dr. Gilo fire your manager I will come back in a flash. But I am now seeing another Dr. I love you Dr. Gilo, you were the best. I am writing with tears in my eyes but I cannot take your staff nor your manager anymore. Sorry...

I Love my Doctor Gilo..but it seems his staff and office manaager has taken over his office.Dr. Gilo is one of the best but he is rapidly losing respect from his patients and other facilities his office deals with. Verbal comments have been made about his staff especialy his office manager. I hope he is in a possition to correct this issue.There are so many people looking for a job just like hers. One who might actualy take pride in her responsibilities.

Staff is rude & the office manager is extremely nasty!!!! Myself & many others that I know of no longer see Dr. Gilo, because of her! It is sad, because Dr. Gilo is knowledgeable, but people do not want to put up with the office manager's bad additude!
