Terrible, she doesn’t pay attention was falling asleep

Never even got to see the doctor. I called to scheduled an appointment in December. They could not get me in until March 2019. The day before my appointment they called to cancel my appointment and rescheduled me to begining of May. The office then again called and pushed my appointment back to the end of May. When I complained the woman said to watch my attitude because the doctor could refuse to see me. Worst experience ever and I never even saw the doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Jajoo and her PA for the past 5 years now. My first visit with her was a long one because she spent a lot of time going over everything with me and examined me completely. After years of trying to find out what was wrong with me, I finally had an answer and some help. I have referred many friends to her and they also are very happy with her. Dr. Jajoo never makes me feel like I am wasting her time and doesn't minimalize everything I tell her. She is very understanding and compassionate and I'm glad my PCP referred her to me.

Thank you for catching what two previous physicians did not. Amazing, caring staff. My pain was relieved after a month of suffering. I highly recommend this rheumatologist!

I went to Doctor Jajoo in July 2007 on a referral and was just checking in on websites to see if she is still same place and saw this. This Physician gives new meaning to that word. Maybe her appointments aren't bracketed in and out on the dot but who needs that. It's worth being seen by someone who seems to be only in the moment with you. Pure serenity and grace. As to knowledge - I would call that qualified and dedicated to her profession - so read up on her bio before you rate her - I think she's paid her dues and deserves anyone's trust.

I purposefully scheduled the first appointment of the day to avoid a long wait time. I still waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to see anyone. The 1st person I encountered was a PA who spent 40 minutes asking questions and reviewing my labs. She then left to say that Dr Jajoo would be in to answer any questions and discuss my condition further. After another 20 min wait the doctor entered and spent just long enough (about 5-10 min) to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me and my PCP and other specialists need to stop running labs on me! Thanks doc, very compassionate. I guess because I'm not your classic case of arthritis my other doctors should ignore the test results that sent me your way and they should also stop trying to help me. In your opinion I should continue to suffer on a daily basis and sacrifice happiness and the ability to be a father to my children. No thanks! I'll be taking my business to a dr who cares and keep trying to find the cause of my problem.

Dr. Jajoo is a role model for all doctors. We need more doctors like her... compassionate and caring. She knows her patients, takes time to listen attentively to each one, asks appropriate questions and gives a detailed explanation of the disease, in my case, RA. She then patiently gives your treatment options and suggestions. She instantly diagnosed my problem and The treatment she has suggested has kept my condition under control for four years now. God bless you, Dr. Jajoo.

Being a new patient I am very impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jajoo spent with me on each of my visits. She answered all of my questions, which were many and gave my detailed information about my RA diagnosis. I could not be happier with her thoroughness, and caring attitude. Thank you Dr. Jajoo

Dr. Jajoo is a very compassionate understanding physician that takes the time to evaluate you, your medical condition and your life. I have been seeing her for over 2 years when I was first diagnosed with RA and she has walked me through each and every flare-up of my condition as if I were a family member. God Bless people like her - she has made my condition more tolerable and is attempting to improve it each and every time I see her.
