I've been going to SW Pain MGMT for 4 years now. Dr. Cooke realized the terrible way the office was run and left, the Dr. Valenti was a rude and obnoxious, so my last resort was Dr. Ball. It took him 3-4 months to get up to date with my treatment after Dr. Cooke left! 3-4 months is very difficult to wait when you're in pain!! Not only does Dr. Ball not listen, but does unnecessary procedures and kicks the can down every year with injections that don't last. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! The front staff can't even handle appointments and they double book! Do yourself a favor and go to a orthopedtist's office where they have a pain management doctor!

Repeated visits ended up same. He does not listen, judgmental, didn't address my concerns, had to plan for resolving pain issues and when questioned, he sent me to different Dr. Left me without any care for 60 days.

Dr. Ball is a horrible doctor. He goes through staff like he is changing socks. I don't even know how this man stays in business. STAY AWAY there are far better pain management doctors out there.

Absolutely condescending and heartless. Unsympathetic to patients chronic pain. Will not prescribe any meds, even though they aren't classified as narcotics. This is my first experience with a pain clinic so maybe I am expecting too much but then I have heard other peoples comments and feel I would be doing a disservice to prospective patients by not giving my thoughts.
