The staff in Athens Al are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Her staff in Hoover should find work elsewhere, like the IRS or DMV

Super Friendly and great with my son, Awesome Experience

I along with several others were left without copies of our prescriptions when she left Walmart Vision Center. 4 months later she finally send an email with her contact info. After several unanswered phone calls to her and voicemails I emailed the address. She did send my prescription, along with a catty and unprofessional message. I was disappointed because I was thrilled with her when I she saw me at Walmart. When I called them they said a lot of patients were calling, very upset over her not responding and were suggesting we call the Better Business Bureau. I did not do this but I would advise, if you use her you better make sure you keep your prescription handy!
