Doctor Brinkman is a wonderful doctor. She always takes her time & explains things so that you don't leave her office with a million questions. She is very caring. This may be why there is always a wait because she does take time with each patient. I am willing to wait for good care. Mo is awesome too.

I met Dr. Brinkman a few days after i was told they couldnt find a heartbeat with my baby. I had already met her nurse "Mo" a few times and i really liked her. I was told from the very beginning of my pregnancy that i was high risk for a miscarriage so "Mo" wanted to keep a close eye on me to make sure everything was ok. After the second ultrasound i was told they couldnt find a heartbeat at all and that i should prepare my body for a miscarrige. When i went in to see Dr. Brinkman she was very insensitive and told me i should just think of it as a late period and nothing more. I also told her i have Crohns disease and that ive been in a lot of pain. She told me she's been through a miscarrige and that it's not that painful and that i should just take ibprofen. I started crying when she said that i shouldnt even concider the fetus a baby because it had no heartbeat. When i started crying she told me she knew i was mad but it wasnt her fault. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!

I used Dr. Brinkman and "Mo" for my pregnancy with my first son. I spent many hours in the waiting room...MANY. Felt that Dr. Brinkman missed important dates (as others have mentioned) that had I not been aware of...would have fallen through the cracks. I felt that her and CSHP were very unorganized. I felt like a number. & once my pregnancy went high risk...I felt that Brinkman’s TRUE colors came out. She lectured me, and during the labor process...she refused my epidural. I would NOT recommend her.

This office will refer you to your primary dr. for everything including a urinary tract infection. The nurse assistant does not call you back or call you with test results. It is an ideal dr. for a perfect pregnancy.

Dr. Brinkman is amazing! I don't even mind my annual exam a bit. She delivered my daughter, did my mom's hysterectomy, and treated my friend when she had ovarian cancer. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Brinkman's done my annuals for years and I found her great! She was personable and took lots of time. So, I was eager for her to care for my pregnancy. But, I was disappointed with the experience. These things aren't all her fault, some of them are standard, but I was disappointed. Wait times were long at the office, visits lasted 5 minutes, she forgot who I was, her knowledge level wasn't excellent, her office didn't call me to let me know my test results had shown a urinary tract infection, which is dangerous not to treat in pregnancy, her assistant (Mo) was unprofessional in often talking badly about other patients to me. She tried to apologies to me for the wait by complaining about other patients wanting to ask questions and talk to Dr. Brinkman. Isn't that what they are supposed to do? In short, I would recommend Dr. Brinkman for gynecological care if you are willing to make apmnts 6 months out and wait a long time in the office, but not for obstetrical care.

Dr. Brinkman is one of the best! Always willing to talk with you and explain things. She always remembers me and genuinely seems to care. Her willingness to listen to my complaints allowed her to diagnose me with a condition other doctors had missed. As others have mentioned, you sometimes have to wait for your appointment, but you will always get her full attention - and that is the most important thing to me!

She is a very good doctor, extremely friendly, but Little lack of discipline. She forgets the patient's names forgets when the tests are due and the waiting is unbearable. For my last checkup, when I was due the next week, I had to wait more than 2 hrs for my apt, which I couldn't take in my condition. They also postponed my diabetes test until 30th week when I tested positive, which was risky.
