I went to see Dr Roper4 26 17 I thought she was ok until it was time for my refill she cut my meds I had been using since2005 and let me run out, making me very sick and upset.l would not recommend seeing her , BBB

I went in to see Dr Roper last week and she diagnosed me with Shingles after i started to get a rash on my face. After being prescribed medication i decided to research what shingles is and how its caused. I found myself not having any of those symptoms nor did my rash even look like shingles. I went to another Doctor for a 2nd opinion and it was something completely different. This doctor was rude and does not have a clue about diagnosing a rash!!!

Dr. Ayadpoor was just incredibly rude to me. The first time I went in because of an injury to my ear, and she never ONCE asked or was told by the nursing staff that it was because of an injury. I went in about two weeks later due to digestive issues and had to have a rectal exam. Before the exam, she said "well you say you've had this for the last few years. I don't know why you didn't come in to get it checked out before, I guess you just thought it would go away or something." I then informed her that it was because I couldn't afford insurance until I got it through my new job. During the exam, it was difficult for me to relax, and rather than trying to help me all she said was "trust me, I'm not having any more fun out of this than you are." What doctor says these things to a patient? During the same exam that she mentioned it could be colon cancer? I was actually surprised when I went with her staff to get some blood work done because they were so nice in comparison.

I have taken my children to this doctor for a little over 7 months. Her bedside manners suck. She is crude, very opinionated, and does not seem to have time for her patients. She also shows no understanding nor does she listen to worries or concerns that I, as a parent have. After 7 months she still can not address me properly by saying my name correctly.

I waited in the exam room 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 15 minute appointment for a woman's annual physical (also my first time as a patient there). She finally came in and didn't apologize for being so late, didn't ask me what brought my family to Tulsa, and did my exam. Then, out the door.. Fast forward 2 weeks, I get my EOB from my insurance, and instead of coding my visit as preventative (covered 100%), she added some extra diagnosis, so the insurance isn't covering all of it, as it usually does any other time I see a dr for an annual physical. I called the insurance, they said to call her, and when she called back the next day and I was explaining why I was calling, she wasn't helpful at all, actually raised her voice and talked over me and basically, nothing is resolved. I will have to pay the additional amount. I don't care if she is a doctor and I am not, I don't appreciate being talked down to by anyone. Obviously, I will not be going back to see her next year.
