At A New Start Counseling Center we pride ourselves on providing timely and quality professional services. Consistent with industry standards, we are typically able to schedule new clients within one to two weeks. It is important to note that we are not a crisis center that handles same day mental health emergencies. It is with empathy and genuine concern that we hope the individual who wrote the recent review was able to get his or her needs met at one of the local emergency facilities.

Really helped put me at ease since I was hesitant to talk to a stranger about my concerns. Wound up scheduling 8 appointments. No regrets, lots of help, will tell my family and friends about Dr. May when they need a fresh perspective.
