Dr. Foltz encouraged me to be more assertive and take better care of myself. She used examples to help me understand ways I sabotaged myself. She was very invested in me changing unhealthy patterns of thinking. I feel much stronger and better about myself because of my work with Dr. Foltz.

Talked more about herself than allowing me to talk. I knew more about her life at the end than she knew about mine. Would not recommend.
