Dr V and his staff are wonderful. I can actually say I can't wait to go back for my next appointment! Thank God I found him somehow! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I saw Dr Virmani for the first time in New London. The dentist I used to see must have left. He told me I had a cavity between my two front teeth, which I had no sensitivity or problems, but I did trust him and schedule for a filling. I called the office with a question and the secretary told me I was scheduled for 2 fillings, so I got a little uncomfortable and got my records for a new dentist. I went to my new Dr. I have healthy teeth and gums, no bone loss, and I was told the complete opposite by Dr Virmani and his hygienist. I would stay away from there if I were you!!!!

I've been his patient for three years. I've had no issue with him. He's a good dentist. Lately, I'm not fond of his staff ( they don't return calls or you get an attitude) seriously thinking about transferring out.

I've been a patient at Smiles of Waterbury for over 4 years. I've seen both doctors and they where great. I must say there where times where I had to cancel my appointment I always gave 72 to 48 hours notice. Then I would tell the staff I will call to reschedule. Any time I left messages the staff never called. Even a few weeks ago I left a message I possibly broke a tooth and it was causing pain. No one acknowledged my call whatsoever. It's was like they don't care. I agree with the review below the front staff has gotten rude and unprofessional. I hope they bring on better staff that actually acknowledge phone calls! The office manager has a bit of an attitude also - please hire better staff!

I've been a patient of Dr Virmani for like over 3 years. If he moved to another office his staff never informed me. Anyhow I called Smiles last week spoke to Kelly, that I was having a problem with my tooth. She said Dr. V isn't in office on Thursdays, so I said I would call back. I left a message two days later for them to call me to set up an appt. The staff had no decency to call. Which is unprofessional and disrespectful! He really should hire better staff not ones who ignore messages. I love Anna, but they really need to hire better front staff and manager. If they continue to show disrespect I will find another office. I however like Dr. V not so much his front staff.

Horrible Dr. Since he went to the new office, he quickly pawned me off to another location. He will NOT work with your insurance company. He should not be a practicing dentist!

I like Dr. Virmani. He makes you feel comfy and has a good sense of humour. However, I'm not fond of the staff lately. They don't return my calls and give grief when I try to make an appiotment. I agree Maria, can be snotty. I like Ana the best!

I love Dr. Virmani. He makes the visit comfortable and uses humour. I will agree with others Maria, can be snotty. I think the fact she's the manager got to her head. They should've made Anna, the manager. Oh well. Other than that ( good office)

Excellent Doctor he's funny too. Makes you feel at ease. I'm going to say lately some of the gals in the office can be snotty at times. I hate when I call leave a message and they don't call back. Shows disrespect

I like this dr. He's thorough and has a sense of humour. I've been a patient for a few years. I have seen a lot of turnover with employees. I've had to cancel my appointments on occasion. I leave a message for them. They don't call back - I don't know what's going on lately. I will agree with person who commented about Maria, she does get snotty. Anna and Kelly are more pleasant
