doctor gave me a quote for a bridge paid him out of pocket until insurance paid. when insurance sent him check he gave me a heard time getting reimbursed the money i had given him. never had gone through this with another dentist but him . after waiting two months to get my money back he told me not to come back and find another dentist. he is such a nice guy!

I like the dr. been a pt. for a year. Lately, I'm not fond of some of the staff. Sometimes I have to cancel apts. ( things come up or it's not a good time) I always give over 24 hrs notice. I don't feel I have to explain myself to them. Maria, has been snotty to me on phone a few times. I'm in my mid 40's I don't need these younger ones getting cocky when I cancel. As I stated - I give over 24 hrs notice and don't feel I owe them explanations. One of the hygienists is very rough with cleanings- my gums bleed and where swollen for days. I don't remember her name or if she still works there. I go for Dr. Virmani. But if I see some of the staff give me a tude I will go elsewhere

I have been a pt. for a year. He is the best! Awesome attitude and bedside manner. This is definitely not a stuffy/ snooty office. The staff is great They do their job and joke around too.
