Dr Candice Hebert met with me once. Our appointment was at 8:00 pm, and she was visibly tired and yawned a lot without apologizing, which made me feel as though I was boring her. She also rushed me and ended the session early. She asked when our next scheduled appointment was, and I said the following week. She mentioned nothing at the time but sent me a message with a general referral for an in-person psychologist because my mental illness is too severe for telehealth. I'm a full-time teacher with PTSD. Dr. Candice Hebert supposedly specializes in PTSD, but she said that mine was too severe for her to help. Completely useless and bad at communicating. Wrote things down in my file that were just incorrect and shows she wasn't really paying attention. I can't believe someone can claim they specialize in PTSD and then turn patients away for being too traumatized. I DO NOT recommend this psychologist.

Sadly Dr. Hebert did more harm than good, she was late, ill-prepared and happy to discuss her husband and daughter. It was like I was not even in the room. I had hope that this military psychologist was going to be able to address my PTSD but it did not happen.

Dr. Hebert is able to see pattern of behavior that I haven't been aware of, but have affected my life in all areas. Through working with her I've been able to better manage my mood and have healthy long lasting relationships. I highly recommend this gifted psychologist.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt it pertinent to add, I work in a hospital and see the stress that our behavioral health providers deal with on a day to day basis. There are very disturbed people out there who for whatever reason, prefer to scorch to earth around them than actually admit they have a serious mental illness and genuinely work on it. Behavioral health providers are on the front line, and sadly, often the recipients of their venom.

I've been to several psychologists throughout the years. Finally found someone who is able to target the core and bring it to surface...I am on the path to truly healing. I highly recommend Dr. Hebert.
