Dr. Boucher deserves a Medal of Honor and Conduct. I was one of the lucky ones to Have been treated by him in early 1980s. I was his first patient while he began working with Dr. Lamar at the Holy Cross hospital. Starting then he has worked tirelessly to work with and change the system to ensure if anyone was going receive any benefits it was going to be us the patient and no one else . I always felt included with family friends and co workers we are the reason he gets up every day. To ensure he helps us to have a better day then yesterday. 2023 . Thank you Dr. Boucher

I can honestly say I owe the OSI clinic and Dr. Boucher my life. It took over a year for me to be approved by the clinic because I am a foreign vet but that was a political thing and not an individual decision. He's smart, fair, and doesn't feed you a bunch of nonsense. For anyone wondering if they are in good hands you can stand at ease that he's a quality Dr.

A great Doctor who will make sure you leave happy. He listens and has a great manner. Recommend to anyone who needs his specialty. My only issue is his availability
