ALL dentists in here- Dr. Valdez, Dr. Russi and the Vietnamese dentist, gossip A LOT. While they are digging into your open mouth!

From the beginning when I told Dr. Russi that I was nervous about the needle, she was extremely rough, very unkind and made me feel like a complete fool. Throughout the procedure, she was hooking her hands onto my cheeks, using them as leverage to go deeper into my mouth. While aggressively ramming her fist into my esophagus, she openly gossiped with the dental assistant about the other dentists who worked there. It was extremely unprofessional, unkind, and honestly terrifying because the person they were calling lazy and incapable did my last filling. They clearly don't trust each other as physicians and wouldn't let any of their colleagues near their own teeth. This isn't the first time I've been there and every single time, no matter which dentist I get paired with, they gossip about their coworkers' incompetence.

Anyways, at one point, I was in a lot of pain considering the crime scene Dr. Russi was creating in my mouth, and I was whimpering because of it. She told me to stop because it was distracting her from her work and making her feel bad. The nurse agreed with her and they treated my suffering as a nuisance and inconvenience. At the very end, when she was flossing my teeth, she realized she messed up the filling because the floss wouldn't fit. It kept breaking and her solution was to take a metal strip and saw between my teeth until she hit gum. She alternated between flossing and slicing for quite a while and it was absolutely excruciating. I felt so humiliated and ashamed from when she told me to stop whining so I didn't tell her to stop.. She was slicing against the corner of my mouth too so now it is cut and bleeding. It's been a few days since this appointment and I can't eat properly because there's still pain in my tooth and I can't open my mouth very wide because it splits the cut open every time I try to eat.

I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy go to this place.

excellent dentist,,highly recommend them..very easy to talk too and great at her skills and dentistry...i had a great experience and always look forward to going again..

Generally quite rude and patronizing. Frequently seemed to be more focused on their conversation with each other and the TV, than doing their job. I would avoid.

Dr. Valdes is very knowledgeable because of her long experience in dental care. She's also very compassionate and generous. She gave me discount when I didn't have insurance coverage yet. I always recommend her to my friends and I always get a positive feedback from them.

Dr. Francisca Valdes is one of the best dentist ever! She's very nice, professional, and generous. One time, she gave me a discount because I don't have dental insurance.

Not pleased with the service, they are always in a hurry in doing their work. So I transferred to another dentist, and I could really see the difference. Good thing they have friendly receptionists, that is their redeeming factor.
