Arrogant, condescending, insulting, uncaring, God complex

He started off our conversation by letting me know that he was too important to be wasting his time with me. He then proceeded to insult me and discredit virtually everything I said. I couldn’t wait to get out of that room and away from him. He is, by far, the nastiest medical professional I have ever encountered. He should never be allowed to interface with patients.
I may not be qualified to judge his clinical ability but the Connecticut Medical Examining Board recently fined him and reprimanded his medical license because he “failed to meet the standard of care”. That says all you need to know about this guy.

I felt I didn't get the results I expected from the doctor I spoke with Dr bruno called me like a child from the school yard asking me what my problem was ???without researching the situation. .....horrible experience he needs ...why I became a doctor 101

Dr. Bruno did not use water in my bladder or give me time to numb up.







I got zero time to numb up.







I don't know why Dr. Bruno did not use water in my bladder and told me he saw no issues plus he said my cat scan was normal.







I kept peeing blood on and off, for 7 more months, I asked for an appointment and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for one.







I asked for my records and went to a new doctor who said based on Dr. Bruno's records, I have NO CANCER.







I was retested with water, and a 1.5 CM TUMOR WAS FOUND.







It was removed.







My supposed normal cat scan is unreadable, I have a metal right hip, I don't know why it said normal, assume another screwup 90 days later, 4 more were found.







Now I'm on my 20th round of BCG.







Dr. Bruno's office never informed my GP of my tests, when I asked them why not, they said they had a fax error.







When I said I will come to your office to get the fax error report, they said if I enter the building they call the police on me.







I would not use Dr. Bruno, plus his staff was very rude to me.







I reported him to the state Medical board even.







I’m lucky I switched doctors, I might be dead from using him, or peeing in a bag now.

Staff is incredible RUDE....i called 6 times after hospital discharge and never got a return call. Inept. Arrogant. Rude. Avoid.

Now I'm on my 12th round of BCG plus I did get COVID tested positive on Nov 12, 2020, Dr. Bruno office never informed my GP of my tests, when I asked them why not, they said they had a fax error when I said I will come to your office to get the fax error report.
They said if I enter the building police stop me.

I have met with Dr. Bruno. three times in person and once on the phone . I found him to be very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable both in person and on the phone. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. Him and his staff are knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have gone to Dr. James Bruno 3 times including a returned phone call. I found him to be caring . He discussed option on my prostate issue . He explained treatment will be a work in progress. Professional personality. Excellent staff.

Meeting with Dr. Bruno yesterday for the first time, I was hesitant after reading his reviews but the MD I met was 180 degrees from what some reviewers wrote. He knew why I was there, he reviewed the hospital testing, etc. before my meeting him, listened to my questions (waiting for me to formulate them) and gave intelligent understandable answers and advise. Finally making an follow up appointment to be sure that my well being continues.

He is very rude, arrogant, lack of social skill, he acted like people are not good enough and show no respect, why is he a doctor, just for the money.

Dr Bruno has always helpful and informative. Today he walked in with such an attitude it was an effort to shake my hand. I didn't get a chance to make one comment when he started talking, gave me my results, My options and said it's up to you. I was afraid enough about this and when I asked a couple of questions at the end they were yes or no answers. He couldn't wait to get out of the exam room. I have seen him many times and was really let down today. First time. He should learn to keep his personal feelings separate from his professional feelings.
