I'm totally shocked. I assumed that I hadn't heard back about my test results because there was nothing to report; I *was* wondering why I hadn't heard back about a referral to a specialist though! Now I find he's pulled up stakes and left again. Very, very disappointed, given that we chose to go with him when he left Franklin Medical. Horrible way to deal with your patients, who are relying on you for care. Shame on him!

Very disappointing. Paid to get my 40+ years of files from old doctor to Dr Tandon, but they would not scan my records due to memory requirements, unbelievable. Phones calls not answered only emails. You can only get appointments through weekend walk in clinic, common prescriptions require visit to office (money grab), zero personality, no communication skills, impersonal, uncaring. Now I find out he is leaving and that I have new doctor at different location. No phone call, no email and no letter notification, not very professional. If I did not email for an appointment how was I going to find out I had new doctor at new location. Very disappointing.

This Doctor opened a clinic in Guelph was excellent and helpful but has taken an indefinite leave which has left all of us without a doctor once again. Stay away from this guy all he does is move around and vanishes. To bad he was very helpful but you can't depend on him.

never met a doctor that made you wait so long in the waiting room, when you ask him questions he didnt know the answer about the medication he was prescribing. Hes running it like a turnstile operation more worried about number people he can see to get paid than the quality of care for his patients.

Dr. Tandon moved or quit and didn't tell his patients. So right before the birth of my first child I had to find a new doctor and I only found out because the practice he left sent me a letter. He left no forwarding info or location. Very unprofessional. He also has changed locations twice in one year, making things inconvenient. I was not impressed.

I wouldn't have made an account if I didn't feel people need to be warned about this guy. He only sees people through his walk in clinic on weekends. I've been a patient for a few years now and have never been able to see him outside of his walk in clinic. Why? No one answers the phone, no one responds to his "book an appointment" section on his website and twice in two years has someone ever emailed me back using his gmail account. Having an appointment time for his walk in clinic means nothing; My appointment was for 10:15am but I was seen by him at 1:35pm. My appointment with him took 6 minutes. If you need to see a doctor regularly, please do yourself a favour and see someone else. This doctor is not client-centred and does not have time to see you outside of his weekend clinics, where ALL his patients are referred. If you do need to access his clinic, be prepared to wait hours.

When I met Dr Tandon, I explained that I had high blood pressure for years and he did not even take my BP. Instead he asked me what meds I was on and simply gave me new scripts. Saw him another time and again no BP check, until I asked him. Had a bad chest cold-bronchitis another time and he prescribed antibiotics without listening to my chest. Only sees patients on Saturday and Sunday so time your illness for weekends only. Avoid this guy!!!

I wonder why some people decide to become doctors. This doctor has no people skills, he spends as little time as possible with patients and explains nothing. I was happy to finally have a family physician but after attending his clinic a few times I decided I was better off at the walk in clinic. He is prompt but he goes through people so fast he should be prompt. He is a 30 second wonder.

I am amazed at all the untrue negative comments. Dr Tandon is an amazing, caring doctor who really helped me out when i needed it. He was professional, fast and valued my time. He is never late and is always willing to talk about all my issues and not just pushed in and out like a drive through. His staff are extremely polite and helpful and always make me feel important and valued. I love the new clinic they are in and hope they stay there for a long time. I needed to be seen in an emergency and they easily accomodated me without any hesitation. Thank you so much , i am glad Cambridge has a professional clinic at last that treats patients with care and not rushed through like other places. No other place compares to Cambridge Delta Medical Centre !!!
