I was a patient of Dr. Finlay When he moved to the Scottsdale location I was told they no longer carrief my insurance at that office. I was devastated. He was the kindest Dr. I have ever had. Very caring and always got to the bottom of all my problems. I would highly Recommend Dr. finlay to anyone who is in need of a great Primary Care Physician. I was fortunate enough to find another great Dr. In the Honor Health System. He will forever be my favorite Dr. Of all time.

Dr. Finlay is the best. I will go to him all the time, he does take the time to talk with you and cares about what you have to say and I think his staff is the BEST.

Dr, Finlay spent an extended period of time reviewing my father's medical history with him. I feel confident that when we need to see him again, that Dr. Finlay will have the "big picture". I found Dr. Finlay to be quite knowledgable, pleasant, and definitely interest in preventive medicine and lifestyle.

This doctor was very judgemental towards my daughter because of her age and condition. He accused her of being a drug addict when I can assure you she is not. He was not helpful in trying to diagnose her problem in which she was hospitalized for. He had limited information and insisted on judging her saying she was a drug addict or an alcoholic. This doctor is very disturbing and I will never seek his medical advice in the future. Very dissapointed in this judgemental doctor!!!!
