THIS MAN IS AN INCOMPETENT POMPOUS DISGRACE NOT A DOCTOR:
AFTER HE LEARNED HIS STAFF DIDNT INFORM ME OF MY HEALTH BENEFITS FOR 6 YEARS COLLECTIVELY AND THEN REALIZED AFTER: THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME ANY OF THE 6 YEARS OF MONEY OF MINE FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS ONGOING (ITS BEEN 10 YEARS NOW) BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO EMBARASSING FOR THEM TO HAVE TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE INFRONT OF AISH THE HEALTH BENEFITS PROVIDER: I TAGGED HIM IN PUBLIC POSTS ON LINKEDIN TRYING TO GET HIM TO BUDGE ON "MY" MONEY (6 YEARS WORTH OF LIVELIHOOD) AND HE REPORTED ME FOR CALLING HIM FAT: AND GOT ME BANNED OFF LINKEDIN FOR A PERIOD INSTEAD.

Be very very sceptical about this doctor's overall score here. I want to make sure you don't rely on the ratings listed here because they can very obviously be manipulated. Take care of yourselves my friends & remember that whenever you are looking for new doctors - read ALL THEIR REVIEWS for yourself and pay close attention to any possible inconsistency's like many 1-2 star reviews with longer reviews that include explicit warnings in their reviews & then many 5 star reviews that are fairly short, don't include much detail and just claim generic 'great doctor' status.

I was diagnosed with bipolar and this Dr. put me on Invega which is for the treatment of schizophrenia.

He was easily the worst psychiatrist I have every had and had a massive ego. Do not seek treatment from him if you can avoid it.

He prepared an assessment for AHS about my treatment. He failed to examine the daily log of the hospital. He never spoke with me. He never examined me. Yet he provided AHS with a medical assessment of my care and injuries.

Dr Zanussi has been my primary care contact for several years and it has given me a new lease on life. He diagnosed me properly, has worked with me closely on medication changes, and is an amazing talk therapist. Offers wisdom with CBT therapy, and always remembers our conversations. Couldn’t be happier that I ended up in his care. So grateful as well.

I formerly gave him a very positive rating in 2015 but that was when I was still content with the drug addiction he gave me. When I last went into the hospital he broke HIPPA and told my mother something he shouldn’t have which had me disowned from my entire family, then he proceeded to tell me that if I “wanted to stay and get help, then great, but if I wanted to leave the hospital and kill myself?” He told me exactly where to get an AMA to get myself out of the psych ward and practically told me to kill myself. The nurses formed me when they found out what he had done. Currently trying to report him to the college of physicians but it is taking a very long time. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! He can be a good doctor but he can also switch without warning and over prescribes pills. At one point I thought he was helping me, now he is just the man who ruined my life. Dr. Zanussi, f you.

Came with a moderate anxiety issue and left with a massive drug addiction. He thought it was okay to prescribe me 8mg of clonazepam a day (3 refills) and just 50mg a day of Zoloft for only 30 days. Reaching out for help was the worst thing that had happened to be because of this incompetent dr who likes to give teenagers benzo addictions.

I could not recommend someone more highly. Dr Zanussi is a phenomenal physician and person. He is compassionate and knowledgeable and will do anything for his patients. He will not give up on you.
