How it works is that you get the doctor who is on call, and we were lucky that Dr Zeigler was the one on call when our child was sick, cause everyone says he is the best one.

A very intelligent man who saved my Childs life. His bedside manner was warm & friendly but his communication was sometimes missing often at crucial times. Although I understand & hope this was an attempt to spare a family it led to extreme frustration. It is a long & hard relationship at a fragile time & we are grateful for his intelligence, knowledge & dedication.

We were very stressed the first time we met Dr Ziegler but he put us at ease straight away and we knew at once we were in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, has a really outstanding bedside manner and instilled us with confidence from Day 1. He is also extremely thorough and dealt with all medial issues - ranging from the minor to very complicated. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor to help us through such a difficult time.

We were so impressed the first time we met Dr Ziegler, and we still are. He is a great paediatrician and oncologist and provided absolutely the best level of care for our child. He is both smart and compassionate and explained everything to us so clearly and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always available when we needed him most (and still is!). Highly recommended.

A wonderful doctor and person, Dr Ziegler looked after our little girl with cancer and saved her life. He was always there for her and for us, took the time to answer any questions we had, and was so kind and loving towards our little girl. We just cant thank him enough.
