I have been with Dr Deardorff for over 10 years and must say I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. He takes the time to explain your symptoms and what may be causing it and the office staff has always been professional to me. I will go to Dr. Deardorff till the day I die or he till he retires.

Excellent doctor! Spends a lot of time with me at each visit to ensure I understand each situation. I now go for my annual physical (which I had skipped previously) because I learn so much and feel it's worth while. The staff is not as fantastic though, but nothing extreme.

Dr. Deardorff is probably the best doctor I've ever been to, he's very knowledgeable and very helpful however the same can not be said about his staff in particular a male, I believe is his office manager, he is a very RUDE individual and not professional at all. Someone needs to let the doctor know that this individual is like this so that he can be removed and not hurt the practice, it would be a shame if pacients decide not to go to see this doctor because one of the members of his staff. Please someone pass this information to the doctor, I've read different bad reviews on a male staff, I'm assuming is the same one.

Excellent doctor. Takes as much time with the patient as needed. Will answer any and all questions. Will talk with you until you are comfortable. Your appointment may run very late, but that is because he takes so much time with the patient. You can't get that kind of care anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr. Deardorff's for 3 years & had nothing but good to say about him but that has changed. Many changes have occurred in his office that are not in the favor of the patient. At my last visit, I learned that he now has a policy that other family members/spouses, etc. can not go back to the exam room with the patient. I had to argue to get my husband to be able to be with me. In my situation, it was imperative. During that visit, his staff were speaking negatively about about another patient so that everyone could hear these derogatory comments in the waiting room. Most recently, he denies the information he told me at that visit. Funny..my husband & I heard the same thing. Will be changing dotors ASAP!

Dr. Deardorff is consistently available and knowledgeable. Has a lot of knowledge of commununity resources. Have not always had to wait for my time with him. I am a nurse and have experienced the less than acceptable side of healthcare. With Dr. Deardorff, I am under the care of a knowledgeable & caring physician. Highly recommend him!

They can't help you if you're new unless you want to make an apt over a month out...that's not very accomodating when you're pretty sick!!!! I'll go somewhere else! And the lady at the desk couldn't even put me on a waiting list or offer to take my name or anything!!!

I adore Dr. Deardorff, he's been my PCP for 10 years. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a long time to see him, but it is worth it, I promise. He's so educated, he explains everything so well, he will do whatever he can to help you with any health issue. He even knows a lot about insurance companies and how they work, so you don't have to worry about being over charged. I would recommend him to anyone.
