With only 1 visit, doctor prescription eliminated years of suffering from constant condiof stuffed nose. Exceptional professional, one of the best doctors I ever met. Thank you doctor for your help.

Receptionist said the doctor will not see me unless I was wearing a mask. I readily agreed, but had not brought a mask with me. I was then told to get a mask at the pharmacy across the hall. Naively, I went tp pharmacy and requested a mask. "$2.00 please", I was told. "No thank you", I replied. I went back to the receptionist, and said, "I have no problem if you want me to wear a mask, but I will not pay for it. Every place that wants you to wear a mask, will supply it". They refused, so I left without seeing the doctor. They had the temerity to call me to rebook the appointment, I simply cancelled, saying "I have no intention of seeing this doctor again".

It was awful experience! My 80 years old We had awful experience with this doctor today: my 80 year old father was waiting for 4 months to be seen by this doctor as he started to have some issues after open heart surgery. The appointment was booked for 2:15 pm, due to the heavy traffic we were being late, I called the office multiple times to advise however no one picked up the phone and have not returned my messages. Eventually we arrived at 2:45 pm and were registered. However after 20 minutes one of assistants advised that doctor is not going to see my father. Then that he will talk to us. However he saw us only in order to "read us notations" for 10 minutes. He would better use this time for checking on my father! This was not only unethical but just inhuman! Stay away!

extremely rude doctor, condescending and very rushed....I went to see him for my problem and wanted to ask him some questions....and I left with more questions....he made me feel like I wanted to say some curse words to his face...no chance I will ever go back....and the receptionists.....OMG...awful"..

Dr Miller is very rude and patronizing to patients. He got offended that I had to cut his sentence off just because I had something important to share and I didn’t want to forget saying it. He then mockingly made obnoxious sounds (something you would expect from a 10 year old) while I was speaking and asked me how getting cut off felt. I was shocked to say the least. Thanked and left the room right there.

His staff is no different. My family doctor referred to him. I will never step into his office again. Tell your family doctor to refer to someone else.

They also overbook, so be ready to wait at least 1 hour.

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist on the phone while asking for an appointment very politely.
She dealt with me with a total disgrace, disrespect and sarcasm and talked to me as a beggar not as a patient who has a serious request.
I talked to her very politely but that did not help, then I asked her to speak to me with respect. She hang up the phone on me.
Every time I have been to this clinic, I hear negative comments unnecessarily.
A Total unpleasant experience with this clinic.

I found the staff very accommodating in getting me in to see Dr Miller. I found him to be reassuring with his diagnosis and prognosis and had excellent follow-up. My wait time was quite reasonable (30 minutes) and once in the patient room, everything went quick. He has a great sense of humour and is very kind.
