The best! He has always made our son feel comfortable and speaks to him in a developmentally appropriate way (rather than just to us about him). Very kind, respectful of all of my questions and concerns as an anxious mother, and has always been able to schedule us in last minute when needed.

Excellent, caring and knowledgeable. Never rushed and always gets back to us about the smallest things. Up to date on current recommendations and goes the extra mile. So grateful to have Dr M for our little girl

Dr. Macdougall is a very good doctor. However, his assistant doesn't even deserve any star. WORST WORST ASSISTANT! How can you work in a field where where you have to deal with parents and little ones. Like seriously she doesnt have Empathy nor Sympathy. She's the worst.

Receptionist is very rude. I recall her having a black eye at one appointment, not sure how she got it but I felt sorry for her.

Grant is a total nut. Expect him to come into the room and be a clown.

Dr. McDougall has been both my daughters (10 & 13) Dr. since they were born. He is super knowledgeable and helpful and takes the time to fully answer my 100’s of questions. Both my girls love him too.

Dr. MacDougall is an amazing pediatrician. We have full faith in his abilities, always has time to answer our questions and our daughters, he gentle , kind and caring. Even after we moved from Winnipeg we asked to keep him as our daughter's pediatrician and we willing travel to see him. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Total clown. Needless to say I won't be taking my child back to see him. Also, microaggressions aren't acceptable in 2021. If you want a pediatrician who actually cares and takes the time to talk to you about the concerns you have about your child, you won't find that with this doctor.

I was willing to look past his poor social skills, but then I found out he wasn't a good doctor EITHER. He overlooked a lot of things in the first 2 years of my sons life. Things that as a childrens doctor he should have seen. WORST doctor I've come across.
