I have been a patient of Dr. Kycia's for many years. I think it is it irresponsible for Dr. Kycia to not follow up with tests results by email or phone calls. In addition, she has been irresponsible with following through with outside referrals. Her lack of professionalism and attention to detail with medical issues is poor.

Dr Kycia is wonderful. She has been extremely supportive during my pregnancy (which has been difficult) She is approachable and gives you empathy if you are dealing with something difficult. When I found out I was pregnant I called with hopes of getting an appointment to confirm the pregnancy and her staff fit me in the next day. One complaint I have is that my husband wanted to become her patient and missed his first appt (which was booked three months in advance) due to a scheduling mix up with all of our other appointments we were having around that time (about 3-4 a week) and when he tried to explain that to the receptionist she did nothing. We offered to pay for the missed appointment if she could get him another appointment but she said no. He did not receive a reminder phone call (as I did when I became her patient) but the receptionist did not change her mind about the missed appointment and told my husband due to the missed appt dr Kycia would not take him on as a patient.

Doctor Kycia is very friendly and professional. She listens and treats you with respect. The front desk staff, however, are rude with an incredibly lousy attitude. If only the doctor would find a new office to practice, one where the staff have SOME basic level of common courtesy!

Dr. Kycia is wonderful. Plain and simple. She knows her stuff, is on time, makes you feel important, and is very comfortable to deal with even in awkward situations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new family doctor. I am even moving 45 minutes away and I am keeping her as my Dr because she's great.

I only wish that there was a way of putting herl knowledge and helpfulness higher. I was so lucky to find a family Doctor in Toronto who not only took myself on but my other two sisters. Dr Kycia listens to everything and I find that she is not judgmental at all with my concerns or my problems. She is open to suggestions that you have about your health and has not once made me feel like I waste her time. Even better then all of this, the clinic does walk in's for ermergency's Monday through Friday and she does the walk in one day a week. With the Doctors tha I have had in the past she is a breath of fresh air.

She's a good doc. Smart, balanced and well informed. Not too bad on the eyes as well :) The staff at that clinic are generally rude. They need re training in the basics of customer service. But once in Dr. K's office , it's all smiles.

She's very friendly and approachable.She's also thorough and detail-oriented, she keeps you well-inform about your health condition.. and very punctual too. she has a pleasing personality that makes her patients feel really welcome and at ease. thank you for being nice to us.

Love her! She is very knowledgable (keeps up to date with info-- shows you the latest research on her screen), sweet, down to earth, sensitive but professional, asks a lot of relavant questions, and has a great bed-side manner.
