Excellent experience on first appointment for a prolapse. She took me through the diferentes options and explained them in a way easy to understand. I understand our health system is under pressure and is even though she took time to explain and was able to put a pesary right away. Follow up appointments in three weeks. Can not ask for much more. Extremely pleased.

Very impatient, bad bedside manner. No lubrication was used during exam, end up spotting for 5 days. Also didn’t get any diagnose of what issue I had.
After reading all the 4-5 stars comments, seems like she is mostly good to pregnant ladies.

She wasn’t helpful and she refused to exam me as I was referred to her from my family doctor who’s worked in the same st.Michael hospital. She let the nurse did the job she should did it .she Said:I didn’t have the skill to do pelvic surgery which is supposed to be her job.she sounds arrogant and rude.

I trust Dr. Soroka completely. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She really cares about patients. During my illness in pregnancy, she demonstrated genuine compassion, and told me she would take care of me and would see me every week until I was well and that I was not alone and she would help me get through it. She saw me through one of the most difficult periods in my life. I knew for my second pregnancy, I had to have her as my OB again. Very happy with her care for both pregnancies and I highly recommend her.

She can be forgetful. I had to switch to another OB. Yesterday, I confirmed an ultrasound appointment she booked and then when I showed up, she told me I was mistaken. When I brought up her previous confirmation, she said she hadn't checked. to make sure . When I told her the assistant also confirmed with me the week before, she said they were making some changes. There was really no apology and I left very disappointed after travelling for an hour for the ultrasound.
Otherwise, she is friendly and appears to be knowledgeable as an OB when asked specific questions.

This is my second pregnancy with Dr Saroka and I could not ask for a better OB. She is friendly, knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I personally would never go to another doctor as she is the best.

I can understand why Dr. Soroka's personality can seem standoffish to some but, personally, I'm not looking for a best friend in my doctor; I'm looking for someone who is experienced, professional, and knows what they're talking about. Dr. Soroka satisfies all of those things for me. Yes, our visits were short, but she helped me navigate through some complications in my pregnancy, and provided good recommendations. I'm very happy with her has my doctor.

I think Dr Soroka is an Excellent Doctor, she was really thorough with me as I had a few other existing medical problems. I find her intelligent, caring, and overall nice!

I really like Dr. Soroka. This is my second child and she has been extremely helpful with this High Risk pregnancy. I feel listened and she never rushed me out. I am surprised about some of the comments below. In my case, it has been a great experience with her o far.

Dr. Dana Soroka is an excellent Doctor. When reading the negative comments, clearly it is those patients that do NOT understand the medical system. She has a limited period of time to spend with each patient. She the an expert in her field, and therefore knows how to get to the bottom of the issues. Highly recommended !!!!
