I thought doctor Dann was a good doctor. She seemed kind and non judgmental. Gave me as much time as I needed to address all my problems.

Dr Dann is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been seeing her for a few years now and am very happy with the care I have received. The only problem I had was with getting an appointment. She is extremely busy.

Dr.K..dann seemed qute nice during my inital vsit with her some time ago,quiet some what reserved. But after reading these somwhat scathing reviews i dont know what to think they scare

This Dr. is so into herself and her ideals that she does not take the patients concerns, need, pain, wishes or requests into the equation. (just what she wants period - you may well not be there except for her income) She also is unscrupulous and has no concept of what patient
confidentiality is (she pain does not keep it.) She is untrustworthy rude, ,arrogant , unethical and incompetent.

I am looking for another doctor (hard to find in Vancouver area) and would recommend you not see her. oh tell your friends too.. Also remember that the doctors at Ravensong work as a team with all coastal health services including mental health and social services and try to get those people involved if it pleases them no matter what reason you came there for.. I have lost complete trust in this doctor and hope i will be able to find another soon.. At first she presented herself as very nice and helpful but that was short lived.. now i realize that she is unethical, arrogant and incompetent and i am appalled that this doctor is allowed to practice..

Ravensong in general is an amazing clinic, i see multiple doctors and nurses there and everyone has always been insanely nice to me. Ive had a pretty rough history with doctors just throwing me on psych meds and continually upping them. With the help of Dr. Dann and another dr at the clinic I have been able to stop all psych meds. Sometimes she might suggest something to help with sleeping but 90% of the time ill say no and she wont push it knowing i dont want meds if i dont need them. She has helped with a number of things, is never pushy and is always polite. I would recommend her. I am a little disappointed to see so many negative comments below, she is very busy and can be very difficult to make an appointment with but she does do a walk in if its more urgent!!

This Dr. is the worst physician I've ever encountered. It's frightening to think there are doctors practising medicine out here with that attitude. I've lost trust in the medical community .. Just frightening!!!

Dr. Dann is cruel and unethical. She treats her patients like dirt. She is a rude, uncaring, arrogant and incompetent physician . It is obvious that she is there for the pay check and nothing else. Behind her apparent coldness is more coldness. She is positively inhuman. Patients beware!

I was told I couldn't see Dr dann because I was 10 min late for my appointment because she has too many people booked. I had my appointment booked 6 weeks ahead. I said I need my medication refill the reason for my appointment the reception said they will leave a message for dr to handle it. The end of the day no call no refill sent so I have to shoe up again and this time not going to take no. I have to get another dr as soon as possible. Ravensong reception sucks and so does dr's
