She was a lovely family doctor while I could see her, then she disappeared, opened a new practice and abandoned me as a patient. Now I'm stuck in a limbo where I can't find a new family doctor and walk in clinics won't prescribe anything. thanks Dr Chan!

Dr Chan severely injured me several years ago doing a procedure she was completely incapable of doing. I should have been sent to a specialist. As a result, I still have issues because of this injury & have a huge fear of needles and doctors that I didn’t have before. It’s your decision if you want to see her, but please be wary of this.

To be honest, I was seeing Dr. Chan for over 15 years and followed her from clinic to clinic because I loved her so much. When I was notified in early 2022 she was closing her practice, I was devastated. For
Months I struggled to find a new family doctor because her last clinic refused to take on her patients unless they were walk-ins, which in my mind is completely unacceptable. After finally finding a new female doctor I have just recently found out that Dr. Chan has opened up a new practice. I’m not pleased with how this has unfolded. I won’t be returning to Dr. Chan, I feel completely
abandoned by her.

I'm a former patient of Dr. Chan. Not recommended. A friend of mine, who's also a patient of hers is now addicted to oxycontin and percocet thanks to her. She also prescribed him steroids which probably led to his recent heart attack.

I had Dr. Chan as my M.D. Had a bit of a disagreement with her on some comments that she made. As I reflect on my time with Dr. Chan I have to admit that this was the first M.D. that I'd had in a long time that took the time to listen to my concerns and connected me with the corresponding specialists at Foothills Neurosciences to finally address my issues.

Cant say enough great things about Dr. Chan. She takes the time to listen, is empathic and takes the time to educate me so I understand before making a medical decision.
