I have luckily only had to encounter Dr Patel. I found her to be extremely rude and felt like wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying. She spent the whole visit entering data in the computer. She seemed as interested as being there as I did. I have not gone back, which she also complained to me about I never came to see her before. I informed her I already had a great relationship with neurologist and all the doctors are this location are not very knowledgeable nor do any of the, care of help patients they just want to write a prescription. By the time I left her office she has prescribed 3 different medications, which I did not get filled.

I had my first visit with Dr. Patel and I found her to be very caring and she listened to all of my concerns. She reviewed my chart and updated it so we could get a fresh start. The reviews I have read seem to be from people that are looking for all the negatives and probably they had their last Doctor retire or leave. I look forward to having Dr. Patel take care of my health and I
will do my part in seeing that she succeeds.

Horrible choice of a doctor. Most of her visit is spent typing on her computer and little engaging in listening to your concerns. You feel like a number not a person. I have seen her several times and nothing changes. She never warms up to you. Never makes you feel cared about. She just sits there typing. I agree she is very disengaging. No compassion!! Not sure why she decided to be a doctor when she seems to express little care or concern.

BEWARE! The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor! Obviously, the other negative reviews, which I read only last week, have been removed from this website. After several visits to Dr. Patel, I have found her to be not only argumentative and disrespectful, she appears to be disengaged and self-serving. After my last telephone encounter with her nurse, it is clear that Dr. Patel has no interest in the well-being of her patients. This is in no way a reflection on her nurse . She is cold, and expresses no compassion for her patients. Her assumption is that her patients are brainless children who dare not question the "know it all" doctor. Nehal Patel seems to have forgotten the "...do no harm" phrase in the physician's oath. After each encounter with her, I have experienced increased stress and anxiety. Needless to say, I will not be returning as her patient. I would be better advised on health issues by my eleven year old grandson! I consider Neha Patel to be incompetent as a physician. We would all be better served if she worked in the morgue. At least there, she really could "do no harm."

I found Dr Patel to be patient, a good listener, caring, knowledgable, and with good support staff. She was on time to start and managed to be thorough without rushing.
