I haven't really seen her very long, 3 visits. 1st visit she was pretty nice, 2nd not really that nice and that my be because I had to wait for and hr or more to see her. The third visit I ask for a referral to see a dermatologist for some bumps on my forehead and she made me make an appointment . I had all ready went to Bair medical spa by the time I saw her, When I went to my appt with her she just looked at my forehead and stated I don't see anything and then she said how it looks like bla bla bla and told the girl taking the notes. I informed her that I was going to bair to have them removed and I didn't need a referral. But she did make some money off that appt it was my be 20 min. Love like to charge for as much as possible! That has always been the rumor in town. I am sure Galvez doesn't like you to complain about her. So she pays you back by over billing you and making you come in. Not really sure how I feel about her, she really is not that nice to me.

Dr. Galvez is a great loss to Presbyterian. She always took the time to talk to me regarding my health. She is probably one of the best doctors that I have had over the years. What people must remember is that doctors, like everyone else, are only human. She was ALWAYS very professional and extremely knowledgeable and caring. If for some reason she didn't know the answer, she did not hesitate to send you on to a specialist. Thank you Dr. Galvez for the many years we shared as patient and doctor.

Dr Rosa Galvez Refused me services concerning, Congestive Heart Failure,COPD,, Thyroid Disease,and High Blood Pressure. She is a Very Un-Caring, Un-Ethical,Un - Professional Dr. I had been Very Pleased with Dr. Galvez, Until She Turned me Away.I was Shocked, Upset and,I was not at fault! The sign in desk was full of patients, and that made me late for my Apptointment.My Daughter was with me, and Observed how I was Mistreated, plus Turned away.The Nurses told me that they didn't know why Dr. Galvez treated me as such.This has caused me Much more Stress,Suffering and Lack of Respect for Dr. Galvez.I was Not given a chance to Speak to her. She Ignored both Myself & My Daughter, whom was also a Patient of Dr. Galvez. All she would have had to do was, tell me she was way to busy and couldn't see her that day, and I would have accepted that. Now I wouldn't go to her Ever Again, thatapplies for My Husband & Daughter. I would Not Reccommend her to Anybody.

DON'T LET YOUR MOM DIE LIKE MINE DID DUE TO MISDIAGNOSIS! Reviewer: A daughter without her mother ALWAYS SEEK A SECOND OPINION. Trust YOURSELF, NOT your doctor, especially when for well over a month my mother complained about chest pains. Dr. Galvez stated she, "liked to rule out all the small stuff and work her way up," when treating my mother's complaints. Dr. Galvez checked for pinched nerves, medication levels, blood tests, did a neck and back x-ray, everything but what my mother ultimately died from, a heart attack. Do NOT let your doctor "rule out the small stuff" first. It could wind up costing your life or the person's you love.

One of the finest and most caring doctors I have ever had as a Primary Care Physician. Very knowledgeable, yet knows her limitations & is very willing to issue referrals to specialists when it is called for.
