I am happy with my service. I brought in a treatment plan from another office and she verified that some stuff wasn’t needed. She took the time to listen to me and my concerns, ended up having a total of 4 appointments, all went very well. I am sticking with her.

I go to a group practice and saw four doctors for my dental work. She was by far the best one that I saw. Very gentle and explained everything in detail.

I was recommended to this dentist by my wife. I saw her for 8 visits within a 3 month time frame to complete 3 bridges and several fillings since I'm getting ready to retire and I wanted to maximize my insurance. She was very thorough, explained every detail to what we had planned for each visit. She was extremely gentle, I didn't once feel any of her shots, especially after my entire mouth being worked on. And she had excellent bedside manner- she was very professional but also had a light humor side which I don't find most dentist having. I'm not one to write reviews but after seeing a handful of different dentist for the last 62 years, I have found her to be among the best. She has provided me with nothing but exceptional care.

I highly recommend anybody else. Her knowledge of dentistry was extremely limited. Simple filling was painful. I needed to see another Dentist to redo the work she did. Didn't have a problem with the other Dentist.

Excellant dentist..thoughtful, caring, gentle. Had tooth extraction with little, if any, pain. Attentive and understanding. Best dentist I have ever seen !

All I have to say is WOW..Dr. McConnell is the "BEST"..I have ever had, Very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I have had Dr. McConnell now at the VA Hospital In Reno for over a year! I Highly recommend!!..
