Having recently moved to Reno, I searched for a dentist whose office was relatively close to my residence and who had high recommendation scores on various websites. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Brunelli and his staff! Upon arrival for my first visit, the staff showed a great deal of professionalism as well as a welcoming attitude. I was especially impressed with hygienist Sylvia, who carefully explained every step in this first visit. Her concern and care that my first visit be the best possible was outstanding. Even though Dr. Brunelli did not perform any dental work that day, he introduced himself and also carefully explained the services he could provide. Clearly, if an individual needs a variety of dental care, this is the office to contact. Overall, an excellent first experience, and I look forward to working with Dr. Brunelli and his wonderful staff.

Agree with previous patient. Dr. Brunelli doesn't seem to take as much pride as before. Saw new hygienist & she made me nervous because of lack of confidence & inexperience. Furthermore, Dr. B too busy to see me & I had appointment for over 4 months to see him. Is quantity (more patients) more important than good quality care? Disappointed.

I'VE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR BRUNELLI'S FOR OVER 10 YRS.WHEN I NEEDED A CROWN TH DR WAS ONLY THERE TO DRILL THE TOOTH BUT THEN LEFT THE REST OF THE WORK FOR HIS ASSISTANT TO COMPLETE .WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE PERMANENT CROWN TO BE PLACED I DIDNT SEE HIM AT ALL.HE DOES'NT SEEM TO CARE AS MUCH ANYMORE . GUESS IT'S TIME TO FIND A NEW DENTIST . I'LL BE SURE TO TELL OTHERS.

Be aware of unexpected bills. I actually decided to change to Dr. Brunelli after read the rave reviews here. But before I complete the process, I decided to meet with the doctor to see if I am comfortable with him. He was nice and friendly, we had a very casual conversation, no any forms of exams were taken place, though he did look at my teeth briefly. He asked me if I have any problems with my teeth, I told him. He suggested some procedure and I asked for a quote. After a month since the visit, I got a bill of $129 as a consultation fee, of course, the insurance denied it, there was also $372 on the bill, no explanation. keep in mind that no one has mentioned this fee to me before my appointment or after the visit. I understand to compensation for the doctor's time, but I believe I also have the right to know about any cost beforehand. So I went to talk to them about the bill. The lady responsible for billing was unapologetic, trying to blame me for having a poor insurance plan, also suggested I should be the one who read the insurance booklet and made sure my insurance plan covers the consultation fee. She then quickly pulled out a huge folder and said to me, "see, in here, your insurance plan should have covered half of this visit", without showing me anything on the paper and agreed to take half off the bill as if she was doing me a favor. I could have stood there and argued with her but I sucked it up and paid, because my time was precious too. Dr. Brunelli might be a fine dentist but I will never find out, because after this one visit to his office, I don't think I will ever go back. As a customer, I feel being lied to and ripped off at Dr. Brunelli's office.

Amazing Staff, Amazing dentists. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely the best office I have ever been too, and definitely would recommend them to anyone. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, definitely enjoy going there. They make you feel right at home. They are amazing here, they will listen to your needs, and are willing to do everything they can to help.

I've been going to Dr. Brunelli for about 14 years. He has that coveted mix of extraordinary competence and great bedside manner. His staff members are excellent and a pleasure to see when I go to my appointments. His office is clean and very well appointed with the most modern equipment. They are also excellent with children; my 8-year-old very much enjoys his visits.
