This guy treated my family member that was in the hospital like a piece of trash. Even when my family member was on their deathbed, he said there is nothing we can do for you and that’s just the way it is, even though other doctors said they could fix the issue. He was extremely passive to everyone and lacked the drive, clarity, hospitality and dedication that a doctor should have. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who sees this doctor to run the other way. I am thankful to say that my family member has gotten better and the only reason why is because we got other doctors involved.

The kindest, most compassionate doctor I've seen in years. He saw me at a free clinic where he gives great care while offering a service (and very long hours) for those in need. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and his staff was prompt & efficient in assisting me with necessary referrals.

Left his family practice at Harvard family medical in January 2013 and never returned. Staff @ HFM said he just quit coming in. Very unprofessional on the part if Dr Nick Carroll and unprofessional on Harvard Family Medical. Former patients were sent to a doctor in the same clinic who is getting ready to retire, or should retire! Dr Carroll never ran routine medical tests as he should have. He just wrote RX
