No, not going back. Receptionist was not welcoming. The doctor was not this humorous, likeable person as described in the reviews to me! The exam was painful and I was surprised at the lack of gentleness and communications. Charges were not like I have with other specialists. This was a miss for me and I was really upset about it.

I witnessed and observed a podiatrist who demonstrated a lack of professionalism, maturity, empathy, compassion, active listening and integrity. There are simply no words to describe this disheartening experience.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. C and his staff. They are so kind and patient. Imagine a doctor that actually listens to you - I mean compassionately listens, not just blank stare head nods. All the members of his staff are considerate, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuine. Best podiatry care in Naples hands down.

I suppose that "getting with the times" is a better answer to my problem, but a member of Dr. C's staff who helped with clipping my toe nails seemed to be unkempt in appearance with stringy hair hanging in his face and reaching to his shoulders. I could have also done without a board in the waiting room that resembled something you would find at the curb at Luigi's Pizza/Deli advertising the specials offered and prices.

I'm in the Naples area as a snowbird and needed some help with an ongoing problem. Dr. Calcagni took my problem seriously and, after a few visits, had my foot healed up much better than it had been when I was at home. Wish I could take this guy home with me!
