Dr Montgomery has a well deserved reputation for being quick to dismiss parental concerns, rushed with his patients, and quite frankly he DOES NOT need to be working with children. He is dismissive with parents and felt comfortable saying "Your son looks like a perfectly fine 3 year old!" My son was almost 5 years old at the time. He offered a 6 month follow up appointment 6 months later, but we will not be returning. We have found help elsewhere.

Dr. Montgomery seems to be a nice enough man, but he should be more thorough in his diagnoses. He is quite well known in the 'autism community" for not diagnosing children who SHOULD be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He spent 10 minutes with my child - this is not enough time to truly evaluate a child. I was very disappointed.

Really great with my son. Diagnosed his developmental delay. I am confused about the diagnosis he was given. I wish there was more clarity in what is wrong with my son. I have no idea what a communication disorder is. It's like he made it up or something.
