Excellent clinic and physician! Science-based and listens!

Dr. Romine takes time to listen to you. She is a god send.

Dr Megan Romine is a fantastic physician, very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and explains thoroughly her treatment and diagnosis plans. Equally, her Nurse is A+. They have a very caring medical team. Where this office falls short is the receptionist, Trish. (I think her name is). She is rude, abrupt and when I was attempting to make an appointment- down played my 'symptoms' for making the appointment as if she was attempting to provide me with her own medical opinion. It's unfortunate as she is the face of the office and where most pts begin their experience with Dr. Romine. I sincerely feel that she needs to be aware that she is there to set appointments hence, manage the flow of office traffic and consider utilizing some basic common courtesy and customer service skills when speaking to Dr. Romine's patients.
