I waited to see Dr. Senna for Hair thinning (on Aromatase Inhibitor). When I first met her she found amelanontic melanoma, on scalp, and squamous scalp cancers, basal cell eye lid cancer that my usual medical care team all missed. Her kindness and support are amazing! Personable, brilliant and listens well!Very gentle with biopsies.

Dr. Senna is absolutely outstanding. She has gone above and beyond to support me and my needs as a patient and trial participant, and always meets my concerns with kindness, compassion and validation. Even out of clinic, I can count on her to be personable, responsive and helpful. She is the third dermatologist I saw for my issues, and I feel truly lucky to be in her care now and moving forward.

I’ve never felt like a doctor really cared about my condjtion until I met with Dr. Senna. She spent more time than she had with me and gave me answers. She and her staff are extremely patient and sweet. I highly recommend Dr Senna

For Hairloss don't go to anyone else! I went to 6 Derms and she was the only one that knew what she was doing. She is great, listens, gives great clinical advice and has a wealth of knowledge on hair loss, research and current procedures. Worth waiting for her! Expert in Boston on hairloss disorders. Doesn't rush you. Her team at Mgh are all caring and they welcome any questions and make a thorough evaluation and intake.
