I have been a patient of Dr Glaser for 12+ years. Dr. Glaser is an excellent diagnostician who has been my health advocate during acute medical issues; consulting with specialists; formulating a successful treatment plan; resulting in a full recovery each time. I trust Dr. Glaser unequivocally.

This practice is the worst! The staff is rude and if you try to get an urgent appt. forget it. I have been with Dr Glaser for at least 10 years and have only seen him once, not for lack of trying. They always sched you with a NP.

I was a patient of Dr. Glaser’s for 15+ years. He is a good guy. I am leaving his practice because of his current operating model. Now that I am older I have issues that require diagnosis. Every time I go to the office I see a nurse practitioner. She reports back to Doctor Glaser. He tells her what to do. This process is repeated until finally the nurse practitioner tells me to see a specialist. I tell the nurse practitioner I have an agonizing pain in my arm. She runs a full blood test, tells me that it could be something revealed if I had a colonoscopy. “Wait a month, if symptoms continue we will try something else”. Was there something about “agony” that indicated it can wait? Sports doctor says it might be tennis elbow. If a nurse practitioner is going to become a doctor, she should go to medical school.

He had taken over my previous pcp's practice. He was rude, yelled at me, treated me like a criminal by being sick.

Dr. Glaser is a fine PCP, always seems rushed however. I left the practice due to the terrible staff. It was always a hassle dealing with them.
