Dr. Young has done rotator cuff repairs to both shoulders. I obtained 100% recovery on the right & 80% on the left. Dr. Young had also done arthroscopic repairing the meniscus with a 90% recovery. Would I record him - always do!

I recently had my right shoulder replaced by Dr. D. Christopher Young with the assistance of Jacob Puglisi, Physician Assistant at Chippenham Hospital. My surgery was a complete success and I cannot thank Dr. Young and Mr. Puglisi enough for restoring my quality of life. They are both professional and compassionate and I would certainly recommend any patient who may be experiencing shoulder issues to make an appointment to see Dr. Young. Both Dr. Young and Mr. Puglisi are an asset to Ortho Virginia and the Richmond medical community.

Dr. Young is a wonderful doctor. I had rotator cuff surgery in March 2011 and I now I am having problems with my left rotator cuff and I am going back to him. He spends time going over the procedures and has a great bedside manner.

He is a great surgeon and has operated on a lot of fellow soccer players. He has an excellent reputation in the Richmond Area. I recommend him highly.

I was to have a A.C.L. replacement at Chippenham Hosp. Chris Young was to preform the operation. Instead DR. Chris Young performed a Meniscus rebuild. After surgury I asked DR Chris Young why he lied about the surgury that he intended to preform. I never obtained a satisfactory answer. Eventually I went over his head and complained to his boss. The end result was I was switched to a different doctor wich should have been the end of it except Dr chris Young had vengefully placed in my record that I was A drug seeking liar not to be beleived or trusted. This blackballing caused me to suffer indescribable pain for months until a kinder doctor who took the time to get to know me showd me the document placed in my file by Dr chris Young. I wish one day DR chris Young is lied to and suffers the needless pain that I did only then could ever truely understand what a horrible thing he did to his patient that placed their blind faith in his hands.
