I should have just stayed home and rested my joint pain and flu. Worst bedside manner ever. The X-ray tech was a positive contrast. Worst use of a co-pay ever.

Dr. Willsie was so knowledgeable and helpful during a recent urgent care visit for my mom. She spent more time with us than our PCP does on a scheduled visit, ensuring a correct diagnosis and plan for a complex situation. Refreshing when so many docs are a disappointment these days.

Extremely rude. Told me I was NOT ALLOWED to come back to the ER. Was in sever distress from anxiety. Should not be able to work with the public let alone be a Dr.

Worst bedside manner I've ever encounter. Shows no empathy and can be a bit rude

Very knowledgable and kind! Helped our family through an emergency and adequately explained the procedures she preformed.

She had terrible bedside manor. My father went in and she told us that unless his spinal cord was severed, It was not an emergency that he could not walk. She did absolutely no tests on him and just sent him home.
