I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Gibson. Her care has helped my get my A1c below 7. Sadly, so no longer appears to be part of the practice she was in and I have not been able to relocate her.

I would not leave any star, but I had to or the site will not allow you to submit your review. I looked at the reviews, prior to calling and was disappointed at what I read, however, since I was being referred by my doctor for an immediate consultation I thought maybe the reviews would be wrong. I was the one that was wrong and should not have wasted my time. I called the office and was immediately transferred to voice mail. On the message you are advised to only leave one message and someone will get back to you. I left a message at 9 am, no call back. I then went onto their website to schedule an appointment and received an email that someone would contact me. To date no response from this office. I have since called my doctor to advise them they should not refer this office going forward. If this is the level of respect given to a new patient, then I am grateful that I will not be dealing with this office and will gladly see a doctor that cares about their patients.

10 days leaving messages in the answer machine, sending requests via system asking them to contact me urgently, because until today ( 10 days later) they didnt sent the request to the labcorp and west boca for my ultrasound. This place is famous for the worst staff ever.

For some reason, I cannot edit my previous rating. Anyway, they saw my previous bad review and contacted me asap about it. They listened to my issues, got things resolved, and now we have a better method of getting in contact and making sure my mom's diabetes is being managed. I never had an issue with the doctor, just the staff, but they appear to be getting better and making things easier and are working to improve, which makes me very happy.

Good luck getting an appointment. Staff cannot organize her calendar and there is never any follow-up.

Dr. Gibson is one of the very best doctors I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone with diabetes.

Dr Gibson is extremely personable and cares a great deal about her patients. I seen her for the first time last week and she was absolutely amazing! Very caring and amazing compassion. I know she will guide me and treat me right!!! You are the best Dr Gibson!!!

Dr. Gibson is the best. She's easy to be around. She seems very thorough and spends ample time with her patients. I would recommend her highly should you need an endocrinologist.
