Amazing team of doctors and staff who answer all your questions and make you feel like a person instead of a number. I will be going back!

I visited this office recently with my child . The lady who took us back was very adrupt with child no bed side or patience. Luckily Dr ashley was very kind and was wonderful with my child and then to my disappointment I find out this doctor is leaving the practice. After we where told the optician would be with us we waited and no one knew where she was she comes back hardly acknowledges us or look up from her computer. Stop to take a call from what I guess is her child because she starts giving her a list of chores. Which don’t have a problem with that but I am a customer and have my own chores to do. She then sat there and told me all these upcharges my child had to have. Then a man comes in and starts putting his two cents in I don’t even know who he is. He then goes to another patient and they start talks by loudly about politics and other stuff not appropriate for a business I then ask who is this man and the lady tells me he’s the office manger! I was shocked! I then said I had to think about the glasses and my child and I started to look around I guess with the thought I wasn’t going to buy we became invisible . We never got asked again if we needed anything and they went right to the next person they thought would spend money. I did not feel comfortable in a place that only concerned to be money or what car I drove up in. Hopefully we can find out where dr Ashley is going because she was the only positive in that place!

Staff was friendly and helpful with my insurance. Dr. explained everything. Great selection of glasses.
