I have seen this Dr over the last 5 years. He is the only one who took the time to adjust my contac lens so i could actually see clearly. I have one reader and one distance. He was right on. My glasses prescription was also perfect. Recently i had stabbing pain to one of my eyes which the office got me in right away to be assessed. He answered all my questions and i feel confident to trust my eyes in his care. Staff were all friendly and helpful

I went to see Dr Albright and staff was so rude and unprofessional. Very short and seemed bothered to do their job. Especially the one that checked me in. I believe her name was Jessica. She seemed very bossy to everyone else. During my exam Dr. Albright seemed like he was in a rush and didn't explain much. Not a very personable person. Which as a Dr, I would assume you would have to be.

I appreciated Dr. Albright's thorough examination and efforts to gain my historical profile. His staff members were friendly, efficient, and patient as I completed the requisite tests for my glaucoma. His prescription for my corrective lenses were right on. Dr. Albright's staff provided excellent liaison to an ophthalmologist for cataract surgery and arranged for continuous care and support following the procedure.

Great service and patient care. Doctor takes time to meet with me and my kids every visit. Up to date equipment and friendly staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went to see Mr.Douglas Albright in Nov/Dec 2009. I has having trouble seeing out of my left eye. Sunlight and light in the stores were extremly hard on my sight. He examined me and told me that he suspect glacoma. Mind you, I am 38, super healthy and this disease does not run in my family. This exam took place in Nov 2009. He told me that he wanted me to come back in 4 weeks to check the pressure again. I went back in Dec 2009 only to get the same results. You have onset of glacoma. He gave me a mild precripton for readers .75 and I had to order them on the internet, because you can't buy that strenght in the store. I was very disappointed because as time went on, I felt like something was very wrong. Almost a year to me seeing him, I started getting sharp pains in my temple area. I went to another doctor, Dr Stanley Smith who immediatly sent me for a MRI/CT Scan and found out I had a brain tumor the size of a lemon. I had brain surgery 2 days later. Mr, Albright is worthless & Rude.

When he came in to exam me, he was semi-friendly. Then he wanted me to position my face into a piece of equipment and didn't adjust my chair when I told him it was too hard to get it in there. He then put drops in my eyes, and didn't tell me ahead of time what he was doing. The drops stung my eyes, and I asked him about it, he replied that it only stings for a little while. He then put different drops in my eyes, I thought to help with the stinging, but it was to dilate my eyes, and he didn't tell me til after the fact. I asked him if I needed my husband to pick me up, and he asked, "Can you read that line on the wall?" I told him it was a little blurry. He said that if I could read it, then I could drive. He was very rude, and unfriendly. I felt like I was a burden to him. I cancelled my husband's appt. with him, and will NEVER go back. I will proceed to let everyone about my experience.
