I LOVE Dr. Hardy! He is so helpful & kind. His staff was great to me, while I was there 3 weeks ago. My new glasses should be in by now, but I cannot, after 6 calls, get the staff to pick up the phone! It is 3pm, & their charts say they are totally not busy at this time. I wonder if Dr. Hardy knows his staff is letting him down? I give him 5 stars & will continue to struggle through his unsupported staff, but they receive 2 star rating. I NEED my new glasses, but they don't listen to messages or call back!

Dr Hardy is nice and knowledgeable l. But his staff is very rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to any friends or family.

Dr. Hardy tried to push these special contact lenses on me that were made for astigmatism even though I told him I didn't really have the time to mess with them. They charged me a ton of money for my contacts (higher than cigna said it should have been.) Staff is super rude on the phone. AND WORSE, when I finally got my contacts, I couldn't see! I called and asked them why and they basically said tough luck.I'm sure he would be a fine optometrist for regular needs, but as somebody suffering from severe astigmatism, I do NOT recommend this optometrist!
